Law Of Attraction Basics

The law of attraction much more simple than you’d think. It all comes down to thinking, speaking and putting it into action.

No need to over complicate it, let’s keep it simple and go over the basics.

Think About What You Want To Attract

Lets start with the basics.
No need to over complicate it.

Let’s start small, where do you want to be? Maybe it’s something you’d want to acquire.

Whatever it is, put some thought into it.

Begin with something you already feel is obtainable, as this can help strengthen your belief, and that plays a big role here, but more on that later.

eg. when I first started, I began with visualizing pizza from one particular restaurant. I saw the cheese, the size of the pizza and even the box it was carried in.

Write Your Thoughts Down

The number of thoughts we have per day is a bit fuzzy, but I think it’s safe to say the number, according to some experts, is around 50,000 – 80,000.

That’s a lot, and a good thing if viewed in the right light.

Try to think of your thoughts as some sort of gold mine. Although not everything that shines may be gold, you’ll be glad you can recognize the ones that are.

Once you have this image in your head, write it down.

Try this

  1. Set an alarm at a time that’s best for you
  2. Write an affirmation on the title, eg. “I truly believe with my whole heart I am successful.”
  3. Every time the alarm goes off, rewrite the reminder on your small notebook.
  4. Be sure to feel it when you write your affirmation.

Being conscious of your thoughts may also help you keep them mostly positive, which is a whole other topic in itself, but something to keep in mind.

Speak Your Thoughts Into Existence

Words are things.
“Words are things, I’m convinced. You must be careful about the words you use or the words you allow to be used in your home.” – Maya Angelou

Now that you have them written, it’s time to actually speak them aloud, and when you do, speak with emotion.

Truly feel that it’s already yours.

I personally believe saying it enough helps your subconscious mind believe it is already true.

Remember the significance of your words, what you say holds weight.

Words are things, I’m convinced. You must be careful about the words you use or the words you allow to be used in your home.” – Maya Angelou

Truly Feel That You Already Have It

“I already own/have/am _____ ” Own it, because you know it’s true.

eg. If it’s a promotion you desire, see yourself already promoted.

What is there to lose?

I’ve had my eyes on the Ford Focus RS for a while now, it’s an all-wheel drive, turbo hatch, and to me, that’s literally the coolest thing ever.

After learning about the law of attraction I began to use it in my own life, seeing myself behind the wheel, pressing on the gas, hearing the turbo, feeling the seats, etc. A few months later I was called in for an interview at Ford to become a porter. One week after that and I’m in the driver’s seat, switching gears and hearing that sweet turbo spool.

All that was done was a conscious choice to believe I was already there, and you can do the same.

I know it wasn’t suddenly given a brand new vehicle, but to me, being able to drive one around was a sign that something was in the works.

Remind Yourself Why

Times of hardship build character.
Times of hardship build character, and stronger characters prevail through hard times.

Remind yourself of the destination and experience the journey.

Regardless of the obstacles we may face, remember where it is that you’re headed. Times of hardship build character, and stronger characters prevail through hard times.

To make it easier you might want to keep a reminder close by, try putting it on your wall, or even a posted note wherever you frequent the most.

Above all, persistence is key.

You Create Your Own Path

As far as we know, we only have one life and what you do with it matters.

Hopefully, I’ve somehow shared insight or at least planted a seed on how to get your feet wet.

Ultimately, it all comes down to how you perceive your life, what you plan to do with it, and the moves you make.
